He has supported many charity events to help the elderly and the disabled to get better medical and health care services. He also become a member for various business association and council to creating new business opportunities, and provide the business ideas, planning and strategies. In terms of investment, he focuses on the development of construction, healthcare and M&A.
Dato’ Sri Eric Lee started his career in Oil & Gas Industry as a Deputy Project Manager and had participated in various mega projects in Sime Darby Engineering (SDE) and Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering (MMHE) since year 2006, such as MOQ-BE Topsides and Jackets, MOPU Oil Tank, and Petronas Carigali Topsides, Jackets, Bridge and Helideck. In 2009, he ventured into Housing Construction and Development Industry by joining Lestari Ihsan Sdn Bhd as Project Manager where he gained substantial knowledge and managerial experiences in just less than 10 years’ time. Today, Dato’ Sri Eric Lee is one of the Board of Director in Lestari Ihsan Sdn Bhd.
In Year 2018, Dato’ Sri Eric Lee founded Chang Dynasty Sdn Bhd as a property developer that focuses on residential, recreations resorts and hospital building projects that span across Malaysia and abroad. The company specialises in providing high quality housing market through its unique proposition which creates a family style environment, alongside the smart home technology support provided by Chang Dynasty Resources Sdn Bhd, founded in year 2018 too, which aims to improve quality of life for residents and fosters communities by providing superior infrastructure, urban planning, sustainability and technological solutions, all supported by its App. The group of companies had a total completed project GDV of RM135 million as of to-date.
Apart from ASIAPEZ, Dato’ Sri Eric Lee is also an active member of various important associations, such as Selangor and Federal Territory Builders Association, and Real Estate & Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) Malaysia. He also obtained the membership of Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) and specialises in trading building materials, such as river sand.

Mr. Adrean Kwong holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and he is experienced in Project Management, Cost Management, Cash Flow Projection and Business Development.
He started back from the fundamental of construction, as a Construction Site Supervisor. He is experienced in the skills to manage a construction site . After that as a Quantity Surveyor, following by being a Project Manager. He was involved in the submission of documents of local authorities and project management in terms of costs and time frame. Now, he holds 6 company’s Directorship.
Mr. Zainal Ariffin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from University Malaya.
He was appointed as Assistant Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia for the year 1982 and after dutied as Assistant district at Pahang (Termeloh and Bera) for 17 years.
He had transfer to The State Economic Planning Unit of Pahang as Assistant Director in the year 2000. He is also served in Assistant Director of Ministry Of International Trade and Industry for the year 2002- 2009.
He has expertise in he areas of leadership, corporate management, organizational development and human resource management.
He was born in 1960 and graduated from UKM in PhD Communications, DBS Brussel, M.Sc Comm UPM and Bachelor in Mass Communications University Technology Mara (UiTM).
His first attachment with ministry of Information and then transferred to MOA as Senior Public Relation Officer. In 1995, served as secretary to Parlimentary Secretary of Rural Development Ministry. In 1996 was a Press Secretary to Minister of Agriculture and then attached with Human Resource Minister as a Principal Personal Secretary followed by the position as Personal Secretary to Finance Deputy Minister. In 2014 was appointed as a Press Secretary to Deputy Defence Minister and currently as a Chairman of MSI Venture and at the same time as an Associates Director to SEANTARA SDN BHD.
He is the penal Advocate & Solicitor for Chang Dynasty Sdn Bhd.
He holds a LLB (Hons) from University of Sheffield, completed the Certificate for Legal Practice and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2000.
Prior to practice, he has worked as legal advisor cum executive for housing developers. He later set up his own firm and has been in legal practice for more than 15 years, specializing in land matters, property conveyancing, loans and contracts. He liaises with developers, bankers, law firms and end-purchasers on a daily basis. He is presently in the penal for a number of housing development companies, with properties involved ranging from lands, residential (landed and high rise), commercial to industrial.
Mr. Benjamin joins the company as Business Development Director. He has more than 20 years of work experience in sales and marketing, and more than 10 years in business development and management. Mr. Benjamin monitors and watches over the new business opportunities and developments for the company, both in locally and in China markets.
Ms. Jesslyn has more than 15 years of work experience in sales and marketing line. She joins the company as the Marketing Director who helps to coordinate in project launching, marketing strategy and property selling. Also, she supervises over the Company’s branding and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
She holds a degree in Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting, Banking and Finance from Victoria University of Australia.
She has more than 10 years’ experience in management and administrative works. She monitors over the marketing strategy in property-selling and is specialized in dealing with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors with regards to the matter of the Sale and Purchase.
She is in-charged in applying the Developer’s License and Advertising & Sales Permit from KPKT as well as the reporting duties to the said authority with regards to the project work progress.
She holds a Diploma in Building Technology from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, specialized in development planning, pre & post contract management, project cost consultancy, contract and legal administration.
She establishes her career in construction industry since 2003, involving various trade of work in the industry including general main building construction (high rise and landed), alteration & addition work to commercial and conservative building, oil & gas, housing property development etc.
Before she joined the company, she have serve Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd (A joint-venture development of Kuok Brothers Sdn Bhd with Lee Rubber Co (Pte) Ltd, Selat (Pte) Ltd as Contract Manager more than 6 years. And subsequently carried a post as General Manger in Hong Xin Construction Sdn Bhd (one of the Top 10 turnover main contractor in Johor) for 2 years.
Ms Jamilah graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Arts & Design, Graphic Advertising from University Of Institute Technology Mara and she also holds a Certificate in Estate Agency from Institute Penilaian Negara. She has 5 years above experience mainly in sales, project marketing and new development sector, and 3 years above experience as Head of Estate Agency in various agency.
She is constantly applying her professional and personal experience in property to help make the experience enjoyable and stress free for both vendor, landlords and purchases. Her reputation is built on integrity communication, customers care and resuIts.
She is a LCCI Diploma Holder and has more than 11 years working experience in preparation of full set accounts on both development and construction industries. She monitors the finance & accounting operations within the companies, group projects cash flow and tax planning. She responsible for liaise with tax agent, auditor, bank officer and other authority body as necessary.
She is a LCCI Diploma Holder from Systematic College and has 18 years’ experience in accounting and administrative works.
She monitors the overall project cash flows, processes payrolls, prepares full set accounts, as well as involved in tax planning of the company. She coordinates the banking activities of the company such as Housing Development Accounts transfer, bank reconciliation, site petty cash control and etc.
Her main role is to control the company’s overall financial activities inclusive of income and out-going expenses in order to maintain a positive and healthy cash flows.
She has worked in related fields for more than 9 years. She handle arrangement / documentation and all matters related to SPA. Close liaison with solicitors, and purchasers on loan documentation to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
